Descrizione

Octopus, squid, shrimp, cooked in a steam oven and subsequently killed, cut into julienne strips and served with fresh tomato cut into wedges, diced fresh mozzarella, oregano of our Mediterranean, liquid salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil, a splash of white vinegar, mix well, leaving a few minutes to flavor and give guests the feeling of a sublime leap into the Mediterranean.
